Scott Breitkreutz is Chief Operating Officer at Divcon, a leading provider of building-control systems for some of the world’s largest data center operators. Since joining Divcon in early 2026, Scott has led the company’s operations, engineering, service, supply chain, and manufacturing functions during a period of rapid growth. He oversees a leadership team responsible for delivering more than 100 active projects while strengthening the systems, talent, and organizational structure required to support the company’s continued expansion.

At Divcon, Scott has focused on creating a disciplined and scalable operating foundation. He is establishing company-wide processes for project financial management, workforce forecasting, revenue planning, contract review, and operational performance. He has also introduced consistent project-management standards and leadership-development programs designed to improve accountability, decision-making, and execution throughout the organization. Scott is known for his hands-on, systems-oriented leadership style and his belief that lasting performance is achieved by developing capable leaders and empowering them to take ownership of results.

Before joining Divcon, Scott spent more than 22 years with Holder Construction, advancing through a series of project, operations, and senior leadership positions before serving as Vice President of Operations. In that role, he provided leadership and oversight for approximately $2.5 billion in projects and helped guide teams delivering some of the company’s largest and most complex assignments.  Holder grew from approximately $400 million in annual revenue to more than $10 billion and became one of the nation’s leading builders of data centers during his tenure. Scott built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering consistent results across large and rapidly growing operations.

Scott is also committed to serving his community and developing future leaders. He served for six years on the board of the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, including two years as Chairman, supporting the organization’s work on behalf of children affected by abuse. He was selected as co-valedictorian and class marshal of the Executive MBA program at Southern Methodist University.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
