Raghavan “RJ” Jayaraman is Senior Vice President of Engineering at Divcon, a leading provider of mission-critical control systems and automation solutions for large-scale data centers and complex technical facilities.

RJ leads Divcon’s overall engineering strategy, team development, and technical execution, bringing a proven track record of designing, commissioning, and scaling resilient infrastructure for world-class technology organizations. With extensive experience across high-stakes engineering operations, he is known for combining rigorous technical standards with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, scalability, and long-term reliability.

Prior to joining Divcon, RJ served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google Data Centers, where he directed large-scale infrastructure initiatives across global hyperscale facilities. He has also held key engineering and commissioning leadership roles at major technology and energy organizations, including Intel and AES Corporation, managing complex capital projects and facilities design.

Beyond his professional work, RJ is deeply committed to community wellness and personal development, teaching meditation classes for both adults and children.

RJ is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He earned a B.S. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from JNT University, India, and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
