Mark Ruettiger
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mark Ruettiger is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Divcon, an independent provider of control systems for mission-critical facilities. Mark joined Divcon in June 2026 and is responsible for refining the company’s execution practices and scaling its ability to deliver exceptional projects. His strategic oversight is instrumental in maintaining Divcon’s perfect record in integrated systems testing, the final stage of commissioning used to confirm that critical facility systems perform reliably together.
Mark brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to improve operational performance, guide teams through periods of growth, and keep customer outcomes and business results at the center of execution. Before joining Divcon, he held senior leadership roles at Carrier and Automated Logic, supporting global clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. His experience includes leading execution teams on $1 billion in turnkey controls and equipment projects and managing strategic accounts totaling $100 million in annual revenue.
Earlier in his career, Mark served as Midwest Regional General Manager for Automated Logic, where he held responsibility for an $80 million business spanning five states. In an earlier role as Service Manager, he grew annual revenue from $1.2 million to $4.6 million while strengthening the organization to support continued expansion. He also led operational reviews, due diligence activities, and integration efforts for multiple acquisitions.
He began his technical training through the Naval Nuclear Power School, an experience that helped shape his disciplined approach to leadership, safety, and operational excellence.
Mark earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Lewis University.
