Elisabeth Klisser Monroe is Vice President of Communications at Divcon, where she leads the company’s communications strategy, executive communications, and organizational change efforts. She partners closely with senior leadership to strengthen culture, support business transformation, and ensure employees remain informed, connected, and aligned with the company’s vision and strategic priorities.

With more than 10 years of communications leadership experience, Elisabeth is known for helping organizations navigate periods of rapid growth and change while building strong cultures and high-performing teams. A trusted advisor to executive leaders, she has developed communication strategies that improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership visibility, and create meaningful connections between employees and the organizations they serve. Throughout her career, she has successfully led communications through executive transitions, organizational restructures, acquisitions, and large-scale business transformations.

Prior to joining Divcon, Elisabeth held communications leadership roles at MeridianLink, LivCor, and SMS Assist, which was later acquired by Lessen. At SMS Assist, she played a key role in scaling communications programs during a period of significant growth as the company expanded from approximately 200 employees to more than 1,000. She led public relations initiatives supporting major corporate milestones, including the company’s $1 billion valuation announcement, while also building internal communication programs that helped employees stay engaged and connected during periods of transformation. 

Elisabeth’s work has been recognized within the communications profession, including receiving PR Daily and Ragan’s Grand Prize for Best Overall Intranet. She is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, previously serving as a mentor through Bonfire, a talent accelerator for emerging women leaders. She also frequently volunteers with national and local nonprofit organizations that serve individuals with disabilities and their families, including the Associate Board of Aspire. 

Elisabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Indiana University.
