Dwight Greenhouse is Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Divcon, an independent mission-critical controls provider to the world’s biggest data center operators. As a corporate development leader with a background in venture capital and investment banking, Dwight joined Divcon in November 2025. He oversees the company’s corporate strategy, investor relations, and M&A initiatives, partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to support Divcon’s growth across the rapidly expanding data center market. 

Before Divcon, Dwight was an investor at Lightbank, where he evaluated and backed high-growth technology companies. He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. 

Dwight earned a B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Virginia. Beyond his role at Divcon, he remains an active advisor to several early-stage startup founders, and serves on the board of Harlem Academy, an independent school in New York City.
