Chloe Price
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Chloe Price is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Divcon, an independent mission-critical controls provider to the world’s biggest data center operators, leading the company’s people strategy and operations, including payroll, benefits, organizational design, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Chloe joined Divcon in January 2026, bringing a proven record of building modern, scalable HR organizations that support rapid growth while cultivating authentic, engaging workplaces where employees can thrive.
Known for combining data-driven decision-making with an employee-centered approach, Chloe has played a central role in expanding Divcon’s workforce and organizational capabilities. During her first seven months, she built a talent acquisition function that helped grow the company by over 300%. Under her leadership, the People team also implemented Rippling across payroll, timekeeping, and HR operations; established Divcon University; and introduced workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and leadership programs designed to support the company’s continued growth.
Prior to Divcon, Chloe served as Head of Human Resources at Fellers, where she led the transformation of the company’s HR function and delivered measurable improvements across workforce management, technology, and employee retention. Her work contributed to a 41% reduction in monthly overtime costs, a 30% reduction in HR technology and vendor expenses, and a 19% decrease in annual turnover.
Earlier in her career, Chloe progressively held senior leadership roles with Overhead Door Corporation and Reddy Ice. Across these organizations, she developed a strong record of aligning people strategies with business priorities, improving organizational effectiveness, and building programs that strengthened recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership capability.
Chloe believes enduring business performance is built on the combination of disciplined processes and a strong, employee-centered culture. Chloe earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and Workday certifications in Human Capital Management (HCM) Fundamentals and Recruiting Fundamentals.
