Senior Vice President of Sales and Development
Chase Sanders is Vice President of Sales and Development at Divcon, an independent mission-critical controls provider to the world’s biggest data center operators.Since joining Divcon in May 2024, Chase has played numerous roles driving executive sales, product strategy, and market expansion.
With over 15 years of experience building and selling advanced solutions for mechanical asset operators, Chase is at the forefront of delivering mission-critical infrastructure. At Divcon, he spearheads the deployment of comprehensive Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) specifically tailored for large-scale data center campuses.
Throughout his career, Chase has been instrumental in scaling technology-driven organizations, with deep domain expertise spanning refrigerant management for mechanical assets, microgrid controllers, and complex building controls. What sets Chase apart as a sales leader is his rigorous technical background. He moves seamlessly between high-level commercial strategy and granular technical architecture, championing innovations like high-density liquid cooling frameworks, hardware agnostic controls, and advanced SCADA software integration.
Known for a highly disciplined and results-oriented leadership style, Chase brings practical, field-tested operational knowledge to the executive table. He leverages this hands-on perspective to architect custom, vendor-agnostic hardware solutions that prioritize operational resilience and long-term scalability.
Chase earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Economics from Vanderbilt University, a foundational blend that informs his dual expertise in technology and business strategy. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, he is also a dedicated community leader, proudly serving on the board of directors for the non-profit organization KidLinks.
