DIVCON was founded in the mid 90’s in San Antonio TX and specialized in Energy Management Systems. In 2012, DIVCON underwent an ownership change and relocated its headquarters to Dallas, TX. During this time, we continued to focus on our existing commercial customers, but our vision was to grow and attract new customers.

We began working with Data Center and Mission Critical customers and have since become a leading company in the industry. Our experience and reputation as a cutting-edge, innovative, and solutions-driven company has allowed us to grow year over year.

Another unique quality about us is that DIVCON does not outsource our panels. We are a UL508A Panel Shop and build all panels in-house.
